Job Description
Convera USA LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Denver, CO, to contribute to the modernization of Transaction Monitoring and Sanction Screening Systems. This role involves designing and implementing intricate models and standardized procedures using cutting-edge technologies for high-paced money transfer, anti-money laundering, and foreign exchange services. The Senior Software Engineer will define methods and procedures for new assignments, select approaches through the evaluation and adaptation of complex techniques, and contribute to the entire lifecycle of web-based applications and middleware services development.
Role Involves:
- Designing and implementing intricate models and standardized procedures.
- Contributing to the entire lifecycle of web-based applications and middleware services development.
- Designing and developing REST services using Agile methodologies.
- Implementing and enhancing microservices architecture-based web services.
- Producing comprehensive technical design documentation, methods, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience.
- Experience implementing REST services, XML, and XSD using MVC architecture.
- Software development and implementation using JavaScript, C#, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience using code version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
- Experience with technical and requirement analysis with design of new and existing web applications using C# and Angular.
- Experience developing, debugging, testing, and deploying web-based applications in IIS server environment.
