Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant to join their Consumer Products, Retail, Transportation & Distribution team. The ideal candidate will help drive change tailored to client challenges in the areas of GenAI and Robotization. This role involves mastering exciting projects, tackling demanding challenges, and shaping the future of Capgemini's clients.

The consultant will advise the management of national and international clients in the trade and consumer goods industry, as well as in the railway, transport, and logistics sectors. They will work with the team to identify design potential, develop tailored solutions, and drive change within client organizations. As part of an expert group, the consultant will collaborate with their team to develop exciting solutions for complex client requirements.

• Advising clients in the trade, consumer goods, railway, transport and logistics sectors

• Initial practical project experience in trade, the consumer goods industry, or the railway, transportation, and logistics sectors
• A successfully completed degree in (business) economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in the digital transformation and enjoys strategic analysis and solving complex client challenges
• Strong communication skills and convinces through team spirit as well as a high level of commitment and self-confident appearance
• Very good German and English skills and shows flexibility and willingness to travel
