Job Description

Convera USA LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Denver, CO. This role requires a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack and AWS Cloud environment. The Senior Software Engineer will report to the company office in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end interfaces using Angular.
• Build and maintain the technology that powers our suite of microservices utilizing .NET Core and C# Web API.
• Deploy and manage our applications and infrastructure.
• Design and implement our backend systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of Science in Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable and robust Microservices using Dot Net Core and C# Web API.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in web application development using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in web front end / single page application development using Typescript and Angular v10.0 or higher.
• Experience with AWS technologies such as S3, EC2, and Lambda.
• Experience with Agile software development and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog to maintain and support production applications.
