Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive change in the Consumer Products & Retail sector. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions, leveraging strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities.

As a Senior Consultant, he/she will lead exciting projects, tackle demanding challenges, and shape the future of clients in the context of GenAI and robotization. He/she will advise management of national and international clients in the retail and consumer goods industry, identify design potentials, develop tailored solutions, and drive change within client organizations. Part of an expert group, he/she will work in a team to develop exciting solutions to complex customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Practical experience and initial leadership experience in consulting or international companies
• Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or information technology
• Interest in digital transformation in retail and consumer goods
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Excellent German and English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
