Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director / Vice President Retail (m/w/d) to advise clients on digital transformation projects within the retail sector. The role involves shaping the future of retail clients in the context of GenAI and robotization, consulting on strategy, technology, operating model, and employee development. This position also includes developing the Invent consulting portfolio, creating transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, generating offers and service offerings, and building and retaining a high-performing team.

Role Involves:

• Advising clients on digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting.
• Deep experience in the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes and their strategic and technological implementation.
• Go-to-market DNA with a network of internal and external partnerships.
• Dynamic leadership with a growth focus.
• Excellent degree in economics, technology, or IT.
• Excellent German and English skills.
