Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Energy Transition & Utilities. The role involves shaping the future of businesses by enabling CxOs to drive digital innovation, design, and transformation. Capgemini Invent employs over 10,000 individuals across approximately 40 creative studios and more than 60 locations globally.
Role Involves:
- Conceiving and developing strategies for energy suppliers (EVUs) for IT transformation.
- Designing and implementing IT solutions and processes for new platform technologies.
- Planning and managing complex transformation projects.
- Implementing agile methods and frameworks to empower self-organized teams.
- Moderating workshops and developing methodological standards for change management.
- Advancing expertise in platform architecture/technology/portfolio and cloudification.
- Developing service offerings for EVUs.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of practical project experience in digital transformation within the energy sector.
- Detailed knowledge of business processes of an EVU (Meter-2-Cash).
- Experience in creating technical concepts and operationalization in process design.
- Experience in project management, agile frameworks, and service offering development.
- A passion for combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel and ability to work remotely.
