Senior Consultant/ Manager Energy Transition & Utilities (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Energy Transition & Utilities. The role involves strategy development for energy providers regarding IT transformation and innovative data-driven business models. The candidate will design and implement IT solutions and processes for new platform technologies and SAP technologies. They will also manage complex transformation projects, implement agile methods, and moderate workshops.

The role involves:

• Conception and development of strategies for energy providers for IT transformation.
• Design and implementation of IT solutions and processes for new platform technologies.
• Project management of complex transformation projects.
• Implementation of agile methods and frameworks.
• Moderation of workshops and development of methodological standards for change management.
• Further development of expertise in platform architecture, technology, and cloudification.
• Further development of service offerings for energy providers.

Requirements include:

• Several years of practical project experience in the digital transformation of the energy sector.
• Detailed knowledge of the business processes of an energy provider.
• Experience in creating technical concepts and operationalization in process design.
• Experience in project management, agile frameworks, and project acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work remotely.
