The role involves shaping business models and organizational structures for the energy world of tomorrow and developing the company's consulting portfolio. The candidate will create offers and service offerings for decision-makers and management, and develop and retain top talent to expand the energy team.

Role Involves:

• Advising clients on digital transformation projects in the energy sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy/management consulting or leadership roles in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes and their implementation in the energy industry.
• Established network at CxO level in the energy industry.
• Dynamic leadership skills with a growth focus.
• Excellent university degree with focus on energy, technology, or business.
• Excellent German and English skills.
