Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager in Insurance to develop solutions for insurance clients and support their transformations. The role involves contributing to the company's success through expertise and leadership.
Role Involves:
- Leading projects independently.
- Shaping account work and sales.
- Actively supporting the acquisition of new projects and clients.
- Leading employees and representing Capgemini Invent externally through marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Several years of relevant professional experience with budget responsibility in a consulting environment or international company.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor across all hierarchical levels.
- Enjoyment of strategic analysis, innovative project management, and solving complex customer challenges.
- High affinity for processes & technology.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Funded experience in sales, damage / power, customer service, operation / operations.
- Experience with standardization, harmonization, optimization or outsourcing of processes and units.
- Management complex (international) programs.
