Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Consultant / (Senior) Manager / Director (m/w/d) to drive change within the agricultural industry in Germany. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to develop forward-thinking solutions, informed by science and data and amplified by creativity and design.Capgemini Invent is looking for someone to help drive change tailored to the challenges of their clients today and tomorrow.Role Involves:

• Strategy and business model development for clients in the agricultural industry across the entire value chain.
• Value-based transformation strategy in the agricultural industry through change management methods.
• Design and implementation of digitally supported solutions along classic corporate functions.
• Business development: building and maintaining new customer relationships, identifying customer requirements and developing adequate solutions.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in management consulting related to digital transformation in the agricultural industry.
• Experience in project management, leadership & acquisition as well as creation and sales of service offerings, depending on the position.
• A very good university degree in a technical, agricultural, natural science or business administration field as well as IT experience.
• Experience in the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation.
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for an internationally leading management consultancy.
• Fluent in German and English.
• High willingness to travel to identify new business opportunities.
