Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate developer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and possesses excellent communication skills. This role involves developing features and capabilities within Ping Identity's Identity Management product suite. The Senior Java Engineer will collaborate with a distributed team and work closely with customer-facing support teams to resolve customer issues. Role involves:
  • Designing and developing large-scale, robust, Java-based identity management products
  • Collaborating effectively with the distributed team
  • Analyzing and elaborating on requirements with product management and architects
  • Planning, estimating, and managing development tasks independently
  • Enabling successful cloud deployments
  • Working closely with customer-facing support teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:
  • Wide experience designing and developing large scale applications in Java
  • A strong understanding of HTTP and RESTful web services
  • Experience with development tools including IDEs, Git, Jenkins, Maven
  • The ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
