Job Description

Pico is seeking a New Business Sales and Account Manager to deliver top-quality services and support to clients. The successful candidate will execute the sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs, and sell appropriate products and services. This role reports to Pico’s Head of Sales, APAC, and interacts with existing accounts and prospective clients in the banking and electronic trading sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and new business inquiries.
  • Develop knowledge of assigned accounts and communicate account status to senior management.
  • Leverage tools to aid in account planning and forecasting.
  • Build proposals and deliver a curated value proposition.
  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels and maintain client relationships.
  • Run executive briefings to provide technology updates and roadmaps.
  • Drive activities to create brand awareness and strong communication.
  • Align business requirements to solutions and develop messaging for new technologies.
  • Collect and analyze sales-related information to plan interactions.
  • Win business and grow monthly recurring revenue.
  • Negotiate commercial terms in agreements.
  • Partner with sales engineering to define technical requirements.
  • Develop strong customer contacts and relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record selling to Financial Markets.
  • Experience selling Financial Services solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Exceptional skills in sales presentations.
  • Consistent performer with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management.
  • Self-starter, team player, energetic, and organized.
  • Attention to detail and comfortable acting as a project coordinator.
  • Driven and proactive.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
