Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director / Vice President Pharma in Germany to advise clients on digital transformation projects within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves shaping the future of clients across the value chain, developing consulting portfolios, and implementing digital solutions. The candidate will also create compelling offers, develop talent, and expand the team.Role involves:

• Advising management on digital transformation projects
• Shaping the future of clients in the pharmaceutical industry

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting
• Expertise in digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes and their implementation in digital business models
• Established network of internal and external partnerships
• Strong leadership skills with a growth focus
• Excellent university degree in a relevant field
• Excellent German and English skills
