This role involves developing and implementing strategic projects in digital innovation, large-scale transformations, and new business models. The candidate will build a network with C-level decision-makers, shape future operating models, and develop innovative service offerings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or the Manufacturing & High-Tech industry.
- Expertise in end-to-end processes across strategy, sales, development, purchasing, production, logistics, and service.
- Established network of internal and external partnerships at the CxO level.
- Excellent degree in economics, IT, or engineering, ideally with an MBA or Ph.D.
- Excellent German and English skills.
