(Senior) Director Manufacturing & High-Tech Strategy (m/w/d)

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director Manufacturing & High-Tech Strategy to advise top management clients in the Manufacturing & High Tech industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic projects in digital innovation, large-scale transformations, and new business models. The candidate will build a network with C-level decision-makers, shape future operating models, and develop innovative service offerings.

Role Involves:

• Advising top management on strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or the Manufacturing & High-Tech industry.
• Expertise in end-to-end processes across strategy, sales, development, purchasing, production, logistics, and service.
• Established network of internal and external partnerships at the CxO level.
• Excellent degree in economics, IT, or engineering, ideally with an MBA or Ph.D.
• Excellent German and English skills.
