The role involves guiding international teams and fostering the company's growth in digital future topics. The candidate will lead teams and manage projects focused on digital innovation, strategic transformations, and new business models for executive-level clients.Role involves:
  • Leading innovative strategy projects in international teams.
  • Managing projects for Executive-Level clients.
  • Driving digital innovation and strategic transformations.
  • Developing and implementing new business models.
  • Expertise in Smart Products, Connected Value Chain Sustainability Strategies, Robotic Process Automation and AI strategies.
  • Focus on Effieciency increase and cost reduction.
  • Preparation and support for large scale Business Transformations
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of university studies.
  • Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience with budget responsibility.
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor across all hierarchical levels.
  • High IT affinity and enthusiasm for strategic analysis.
  • Agile and independent way of working.
  • Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
