Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join its Public Sector/Defense team. The role involves shaping the future of organizations by developing innovative digital solutions and business models. The consultant will work in international teams on digital transformation projects, focusing on strategy and implementation.
The role involves:
- Designing and leading strategy and transformation projects.
- Driving digital transformation within the Bundeswehr, Polizei, NATO, etc.
- Optimizing processes and organization in HR, budget, and procurement.
- Supporting modernization projects, including the digital infrastructure of armed forces.
- Developing digitization strategies and transformation implementation concepts.
- Connecting processes, organization, strategy, and IT.
- Managing programs and projects for Bundeswehr, Polizei, and NATO.
- Advancing thought leadership in the defense market.
Requirements:
- Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in the public sector or private industry.
- Initial responsibility as (sub-) project manager for complex transformation projects.
- Outstanding academic degree.
- Sound knowledge of the structure, tasks, business processes, and challenges of public administration, Bundeswehr, police, or other armed forces.
- Change Management experience (IT system implementation and organizational transitions).
- Affinity for agile working methods and ideally further training in Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2, Design Thinking, NAF, etc.
- Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
- High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a world-leading management consultancy.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English.
