Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager for Digital Transformation with SAP to drive change within the public sector. This role involves working closely with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, combining strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities.

The (Senior) Manager will be responsible for the digital transformation of the public sector, focusing on the realignment and redesign of administrative processes for the transition to S/4HANA. They will optimize processes in HR, budgeting, procurement, and accounting, and create corresponding SAP concepts for process implementation. The role also includes implementation support, change management in SAP transformation projects, and the development of governance concepts for S/4HANA transformation projects.

Role involves:
  • Digital transformation of the public sector
  • Realignment and redesign of administrative processes for S/4HANA transition
  • Process optimization in HR, budgeting, procurement, and accounting
  • Creation of SAP concepts for process implementation
  • Implementation support and change management in SAP transformation projects
  • Development of governance concepts for S/4HANA transformation projects
  • Program and project management of SAP projects in federal and state administrations
  • Active participation in shaping the SAP team and consulting services in the public sector
Requirements:
  • Several years of practical project experience in SAP projects, ideally in the public sector
  • Knowledge of the SAP product roadmap, especially S/4HANA (possibly PSM, FI, CO) or SuccessFactors and HCM
  • Experience in (partial) project management in SAP transformations
  • Strong understanding of governance and change management in the context of SAP transformation projects
  • An outstanding degree with an economic, technical, or information technology focus
  • Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
  • High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global management consultancy
  • Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and English skills
