Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Public Sector - Digitale Transformation mit SAP (m/w/d) to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions for clients. The role involves a combination of strategic thinking, creative abilities, and scientific knowledge to address the challenges faced by clients.
This role will be focused on digital transformation of the public sector and will be located in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Köln, München, or Stuttgart.
Role Involves:
- Digital transformation of the public sector
- Realignment and redesign of administrative processes for the transition to S/4HANA
- Process optimization in the areas of personnel, budget, procurement and accounting
- Creation of corresponding SAP concepts for the implementation of the processes
- Implementation support / change management in SAP transformation projects
- Development of governance concepts for the implementation of S/4HANA transformation projects
- Program and project management of SAP projects in federal and state administrations
- (Partial) project management for transformation and digitization in SAP in the public sector
- Active participation in the SAP team and consulting services in the public sector
Requirements:
- Several years of practical project experience in the areas of SAP projects, ideally in the public sector.
- Knowledge of the SAP product roadmap, especially S/4HANA (if applicable PSM, FI, CO) or SuccessFactors and HCM.
- Experience in (partial) project management in SAP transformations.
- Distinct understanding of governance and change management in the context of SAP transformation projects.
- An outstanding degree with a business, technical or information technology focus
- Enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work
- High reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global management consultancy
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English skills
