- Developing sustainable, digital strategies and business models in healthcare
- Designing business processes and developing products and services
- Accompanying the introduction of modern technologies and shaping the future with Data driven and GenAI
- Planning and implementing (agile) transformation projects
- Developing Thought Leadership topics on current trends
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in relevant fields
- Several years of professional experience with budget responsibility
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- High IT affinity and strategic analysis skills
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector or public administration
