Sales Manager, Mid-Market, Benelux

Job Description

Reddit, a community-driven platform, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand its Mid-Market Sales business in the Benelux region. This role is based in Reddit's Amsterdam office, requiring three days per week onsite. The ideal candidate will champion Reddit's culture and values within the EMEA Sales team, forging partnerships with regional brands in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.Reddit is looking for someone with deep market knowledge, experience in building a scaled book of business, and the ability to coach and motivate sales teams.Role Responsibilities:

• Define the sales strategy and tactics for the Benelux markets.
• Build a strong sales culture and exceed revenue targets.
• Leverage industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing for product enhancements and market positioning.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial targets.
• Represent Reddit at industry events.
• Lead EMEA mid-market projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in digital media sales with a track record of building a scaled book of business.
• 4+ years leading sales teams.
• Understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in Benelux.
• Customer-centric approach and commercial acumen.
• Strong sales rigor and pipeline management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• A passion for Reddit.
