Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director Sustainability - Sustainable Futures (m/w/d) to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions. This role involves shaping the future with innovative projects and global teams.

As a Director in Sustainable Futures, the individual will manage projects and programs, developing industry-spanning strategies for company-specific sustainability goals and sustainable business needs. They will lead the creation and implementation of new business models in sustainability and develop data-driven sustainability approaches. This role requires identifying client needs, building client relationships, and expanding the sustainability portfolio.

The role will involve leading cross-functional project teams at the intersection of sustainability, business, and IT, while further developing the team. Capgemini seeks candidates with long-term consulting or industry experience in the field of sustainability.

Requirements:

• Several years of consulting and/or branch experience in the area of sustainability.
• Proven sustainability expertise.

• Experience with ESG data management approaches.
• Excellent degree in economics, industrial engineering or in a degree program with a focus on sustainability.
• Fluent in German and English.
