Senior Product Manager

Job Description

isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools in Brazil, is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, including Technology, Design, and Data specialists, to manage the product lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and solving client problems through digital products, considering usability, economics, and technical viability. They will collaborate with other disciplines, ensuring clients are at the center of all decisions. Role involves:

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to understand client needs.
• Collaborating with business areas to identify opportunities.
• Defining long-term strategies and short-to-medium-term plans.
• Leading the launch of new features and evaluating their success.
• Articulating a vision for the team that contributes to isaac's objectives.
• Influencing various areas of the company to improve client experiences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing digital products in high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of business and digital product strategy.
