Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Sustainability - Sustainable Futures to join their team. This role involves project responsibility for developing and managing strategies related to company-specific sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of new sustainable business models, adapting existing models to integrate sustainability aspects. They will further develop the company's sustainability portfolio and promote multidisciplinary collaboration across various industries to create and scale customer-specific solutions. The role also includes leading interdisciplinary teams with a focus on transparent and trustworthy leadership.
Role Involves:
- Developing and managing strategies for sustainability goals.
- Creating and implementing new sustainable business models.
- Developing the sustainability portfolio.
- Leading interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sustainability expertise.
- Experience in ESG performance management.
- Experience with ESG data tools and platforms.
- Consulting or industry experience in sustainability.
- Experience in leading complex strategy and transformation projects.
- An above-average university degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or sustainability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
