Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant for Digital Engineering & R&D to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions for clients. The role involves collaborating with clients to address challenges in engineering, focusing on efficiency, flexibility, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Role Involves:

• Consulting clients on Engineering Transformation, Product Lifecycle Management, and Software & Systems Engineering.
• Advising on Digital Continuity, Digital Twin, and Connected Value Chain Design.
• Facilitating cross-functional engineering collaboration.

Requirements:

• Practical project experience in Digital Engineering within industries like Automotive, Aerospace, or Life Science.
• Ideally, initial consulting experience.
• An outstanding degree in economics, technology, science, or IT.
• Knowledge of product creation and core processes.
• Familiarity with Engineering IT (e.g., PLM/PDM) and virtual product development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
