Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Operations Manager for its Stock Broking division in Bengaluru. This role involves owning the operational performance of the business unit across various sites, including both in-house and outsourced partners. The Operations Manager will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They will also establish and maintain quality standards, monitor support queues, and build the operations playbook for the BU.
Role Involves:
- Owning performance of the BU’s operation across sites
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for support operations.
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards for support operations.
- Optimizing resource allocation, including people, technology, and tools
- Leading and managing a team responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate with good Operations understanding
- 7-10 years of service operations experience
- At least 3 years in a people management role
- Proven experience in customer service operations management, with a focus on team leadership.
- Exposure to managing Broking/Mutual fund operations Trading is mandate
- Ability to think holistically and in a structured fashion to solve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills with an eye for detail
