Job Description
Buynomics is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development in data engineering and data science areas. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, define requirements, and conduct user research. They will manage the product backlog, coordinate with other product teams, and communicate the product vision. The ideal candidate will monitor KPIs and success metrics for data-related features.
Role Involves:
- Working with Engineering teams in a squad structure.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
- Defining and prioritizing product requirements.
- Conducting user research and analyzing data.
- Managing the product backlog and planning sprints.
- Coordinating with other product teams.
- Communicating product vision to stakeholders.
- Monitoring KPIs and success metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization concepts.
- Fluency in English.
