Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant Data-Driven Transformation & Enablement to join their team. This role is based in Germany, with locations in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Köln, München, and Stuttgart. The consultant will be part of Capgemini Invent, the global consulting arm of the Capgemini Group for digital innovation, design, and transformation. The company empowers CxOs to shape the future of their businesses.

Role Involves:

• Data-driven transformation at the intersection of strategy, business, and IT.
• Building and enabling data-driven organizations.
• Advising and supporting CxOs/management in implementing sustainability and digitalization initiatives.
• Developing innovative project management methods using digital technologies.

Requirements:

• An outstanding degree (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field.
• Initial knowledge of project management methods and processes.
• Strong interest in digital trends and a structured working method.
• Ability to combine technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
• Excellent German and English skills.
