Sr. Medical Science Liaison

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join their Medical Affairs team. This role is field-based and focuses on the South Central region of the United States. The Senior MSL will engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the assigned territory, providing high-level scientific support for research, publications, education, and other Medical Affairs initiatives.Role involves:

• Identifying and establishing relationships with KOLs in academic and community institutions.
• Executing activities aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
• Assisting with clinical trial sites, including site identification and patient accrual discussions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Assisting with advisory boards and scientific meetings.
• Collecting and communicating clinical insights.
• Representing Legend Biotech at scientific meetings.
• Providing clinical presentations to healthcare providers.
• Relaying medical insights to Legend Biotech stakeholders.
• Identifying MSL resource needs and assisting in development.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant MSL work experience.
• Advanced terminal degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) or other advanced medical degree (NP, PA, etc.) with 2+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to partner and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge or experience in Hematology/Oncology and/or Immunology is preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel.
