Job Description
Auctane is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support management in understanding and managing business performance. This role involves guiding the business, communicating targets, developing driver-based models, and improving management reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, produce accurate and timely reports, and work effectively in a team. Knowledge of forecasting models, processes, and business drivers is essential. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas, requiring 3 days per week in the office.What this role involves:
  • Developing financial forecasts and budgets for business stakeholders.
  • Contributing to cross-functional initiatives through data analysis and modeling.
  • Coordinating with the FP&A team to produce monthly forecasts and long-term financial plans.
  • Interpreting data and providing recommendations to business leadership.
  • Establishing financial policies and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency with SQL or exposure (Looker, Redash, etc.).
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferably Netsuite).
  • Understanding of Financial Planning systems (preferably Anaplan).
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral interpersonal skills.
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
