Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager Industrial AI Lab & Industry Data Strategy (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager to join their Industrial AI Lab and Industry Data Strategy team. This role involves working within a team of experienced AI experts, driving the AI transformation of industrial companies. The candidate will be responsible for innovative projects related to strategic data and AI transformation across the industrial value chain.

Role involves:

• Taking responsibility in a team of experienced AI experts in the Industrial AI Lab.
• Managing innovative projects for strategic data and AI transformation.
• Implementing industrial AI Use Cases from conception to proof-of-concept.
• Developing data and AI strategies for industrial clients.
• Conceiving and supervising innovative data and AI consulting services.
• Gaining leadership experience in project or team management tasks.

Requirements:

• A degree in a quantitative field such as STEM, business informatics, (empirical) psychology, or statistics/data science.
• Consulting background, relevant industry experience, or a doctorate in a relevant field.
• Several years of project experience in transformation or research projects, or in the conception and implementation of innovative AI solutions.
• Practical project experience in areas such as Data Science and AI, Software architecture and -engineering, Industrial OT and IT Systems, Industrial IoT- and data platforms, Operations Research / Decision Optimization, Modelling and Simulation.
• Strong presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills.
