Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager to join their Industrial AI Lab team. This role involves driving the KI transformation of industrial companies, managing innovative projects, and developing data and KI strategies. The candidate will work with experienced KI experts and be responsible for implementing industrial KI use cases from conception to proof-of-concept.
Role Involves:
- Taking responsibility in a team of experienced KI experts in the Industrial AI Lab.
- Using technology and business expertise to drive the KI transformation of industrial companies.
- Managing innovative projects for strategic data and KI transformation.
- Implementing industrial KI Use Cases from conception to proof-of-concept.
- Developing future-proof data and KI strategies for industrial clients.
- Conceiving and supporting innovative data and KI consulting services.
- Gaining initial or deepening leadership experience in project or team management tasks.
Requirements:
- A degree in a quantitative field such as STEM, business informatics, (empirical) psychology, or statistics/data science.
- Consulting background, relevant industry experience, or a doctorate in a relevant field.
- Several years of project experience in transformation or research projects, or in the conception and implementation of innovative AI solutions.
- Ideally practical project experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Science and KI, Software architecture and -engineering, Industrial OT and IT systems, Industrial IoT- and data platforms, Operations Research / Decision Optimization, Modeling and Simulation in Automotive or Manufacturing & High Tech.
- Enjoyment of combining strategic analysis and technical implementation.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
