Senior Consultant / Manager Innovative & Industrial Tech & Platforms (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to drive change and develop solutions for clients. The role involves operative leadership of projects, advising clients on digitalizing their supply chain, designing operating models with S/4HANA, and developing transformation strategies. The candidate will also contribute to portfolio development and provide guidance to colleagues.

Role Involves:

• Operative leadership of projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Advising clients on digitalizing their supply chain
• Designing operating models with S/4HANA
• Developing transformation strategies and business cases
• Creating and presenting offers and service offerings
• Developing the portfolio and providing guidance to colleagues

Requirements:

• Several years of project experience in digital transformation in SCM and Logistics
• Experience as a project lead for complex transformation projects
• An outstanding degree in economics, technology, or IT
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes and their implementation in S/4HANA or ERP systems
• Knowledge in SAP modules, SRM, Ariba, or comparable solutions
• Combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation skills
• Client and result orientation
• Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy
• Presentation and moderation skills, and MS Office knowledge
• Excellent German and English skills
