Senior Consultant / Manager Innovative & Industrial Tech & Platforms (m/w/d) at Capgemini Invent

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to drive change as an innovative transformation consultant. The role involves combining strategic, creative, and scientific skills to develop forward-looking solutions for clients. The consultant will work closely with clients to address their challenges through technology-driven approaches.

Role Involves:

• Operative management of (sub-)projects and interdisciplinary project teams
• Advising the leadership team of clients in the digitization of their Supply Chain – end-to-end
• Answering strategic questions of an S/4HANA Transformation around the When, How and What
• Design of the future Operating Models of clients with S/4HANA or other platforms
• Development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases
• Creation and presentation of offers and service offerings
• Content development of the portfolio and (technical) management of colleagues

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in the digital transformation of SCM and logistics in at least one of the following industries: Automotive, Consumer Products & Retail or Manufacturing / High Tech
• Initial responsibility as (sub-) project manager for complex transformation projects
• An outstanding degree with an economic, technical or information technology focus
• Technical knowledge along typical end-to-end processes and their implementation in S/4HANA or ERP systems and/or other platforms (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire etc.)
• Knowledge in one or more SAP modules, SRM, Ariba or comparable solutions
• Enjoyment of the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically
• Distinct customer and result orientation
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for a world-leading management consultancy
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English skills
