(Senior) Director Innovative & Industrial Tech & Platforms (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director Innovative & Industrial Tech & Platforms (m/w/d) to drive change and develop forward-looking solutions for clients. The role involves collaborating with clients to address their challenges with science, data, creativity, and technology.

The role involves:

• Leading operational aspects of projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• Advising clients' leadership teams on the digitization of their supply chain.
• Addressing strategic questions related to S/4HANA transformation.
• Designing future operating models with S/4HANA or other platforms.
• Developing transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Creating and presenting offers and service offerings.
• Further developing the portfolio and providing (technical) leadership to colleagues.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of practical project experience in digital transformation within SCM and logistics in Automotive, Consumer Products & Retail, or Manufacturing / High Tech.
• Experience in leading complex transformation projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, identifying needs, and developing solutions.
• Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes and their implementation in S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Knowledge in SAP modules, SRM, Ariba, or comparable solutions.
• Ability to combine technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation.
• Strong client and results orientation.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, and MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
