Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) S/4 Digital Core Transformation Program Excellence to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions for clients. The role involves strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities, working closely with clients to address their challenges.

The Senior Manager will lead SAP S/4HANA Business Transformations, manage project teams, and steer the development of business value. They will also implement SAP S/4HANA solutions, develop rollout strategies, and advance project management methods.

Role Involves:

• Leading SAP S/4HANA Business Transformations.
• Managing project teams and project tasks.
• Steering the development of business value.
• Implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Developing rollout strategies.

• Leading the development of customer offers.

Requirements:

• Project and acquisition experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of project and quality management tools & methods.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience as (part) project manager.
• Experience in SAP implementation methodologies.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
• Excellent German and English skills.
