Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for their growing facility in Yellow Springs, OH. The Edibles Product Agent will provide cross-functional support to the production and packaging of infused edible products. This role involves completing tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor, including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping, and operating basic production and packaging machinery. The agent will produce and package edibles in accordance with state standards and those set by Cresco Labs.

The role involves:

• Assisting kitchen staff in the daily production of cannabis-infused food products using commercial machinery.
• Executing batch production as assigned by Department Leadership.
• Collaborating with the kitchen lead to adhere to manufacturing formula standard operating procedures.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues that may cause damaged edibles.
• Assisting in labeling, packaging, and tracking edibles for final sale.
• Maintaining a clean and safe production facility.
• Completing the sanitation of production equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
