Senior Consultant / Manager SAP Foreign Trade (m/w/d) at Capgemini Invent

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager SAP Foreign Trade to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions for clients. The role involves operative management of projects and interdisciplinary teams, focusing on SAP GTS-based customs and foreign trade process optimization. The candidate will lead requirement workshops, plan functional implementations, and conduct customer enablement training.

Role Involves:

• Operative management of (part) projects and interdisciplinary project teams
• Redesign, harmonization and/or optimization of customs and foreign trade processes based on SAP products, with a focus on SAP GTS
• Leading and conducting requirement workshops (Show & Tell Workshops) based on SAP Best Practices
• Planning and coordination of the functional implementation (SAP S/4HANA System)
• Management and implementation of customer enablement (training of processes and SAP S/4HANA functionalities) including derivation and presentation of process optimization potentials
• Elaboration of the test strategy in the respective area as well as ensuring the optimized end-to-end process flow
• Development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation in the area of SAP GTS
• Initial experience as (sub-) project manager for smaller to medium SAP transformation projects
• Experience in different SAP implementation methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
• Deep process knowledge within the logistics core processes as well as customs and foreign trade
• In-depth technical knowledge of SAP Best Practices processes, especially in the area of SAP GTS
• Strong functional understanding of S/4HANA functionalities
• Knowledge in one or more SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Preference Management) and/or comparable solutions
• Enjoy advising our customers effectively on strategic SAP issues
• Strong customer and results orientation
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global management consultancy
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English skills
