(Senior) Manager S/4HANA Procurement (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager S/4HANA Procurement (m/w/d) to lead and develop the S/4HANA Procurement Team. The role involves the operative management of SAP S/4HANA projects and interdisciplinary project teams. The candidate will lead and conduct requirement workshops based on SAP Best Practices and ensure the quality of large-scale SAP transformation projects during the implementation phase. He/she will advise the leadership team of clients in the digitization of their Supply Chain, focusing on Procurement, and answer strategic questions related to S/4HANA transformation.

The role also includes creating and presenting offers and service offerings, further developing the portfolio, and leading colleagues.

Role Involves:

• Leading and developing the S/4HANA Procurement Team
• Operative management of SAP S/4HANA projects
• Leading requirement workshops
• Quality assurance of SAP transformation projects
• Advising clients on Supply Chain digitization
• Creating and presenting offers

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in SAP S/4HANA Assessment and Implementation projects
• Experience as (sub-) project manager for complex SAP transformation projects
• Experience in different SAP implementation methodologies
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP Best Practices processes, especially in S/4HANA Procurement
• Experience as a team lead
• Excellent German and English skills
