Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager S/4HANA Sales & Service to lead and develop the S/4HANA Sales & Service team. The role involves the operational management of SAP S/4HANA projects and interdisciplinary teams. The candidate will lead requirement workshops based on SAP Best Practices and ensure the quality of large-scale SAP transformation projects during implementation. They will also advise clients' leadership teams on the digitization of their supply chain, focusing on Sales & Service, and address strategic S/4HANA transformation questions.

Role Involves:

  • Leading and developing the S/4HANA Sales & Service team.
  • Managing SAP S/4HANA projects and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Conducting requirement workshops based on SAP Best Practices.
  • Ensuring quality in SAP transformation projects.
  • Advising clients on digitalizing their supply chain.
  • Creating and presenting offers and service offerings.
  • Developing the portfolio and leading colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Several years of practical experience in SAP S/4HANA assessment and implementation projects.
  • Experience as a (sub-) project manager for complex SAP transformation projects.
  • Experience in various SAP implementation methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield).
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Best Practices processes, especially in S/4HANA Sales & Service.
  • Experience as a team lead, including recruiting, portfolio development, and team leadership.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
