Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract role in Toronto. The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing audiences across marketing channels, partnering with stakeholders to define targeting requirements, and ensuring efficient workflows and data quality. They will also troubleshoot data issues, collaborate with the data engineering team, and maintain channel performance dashboards. This role involves analyzing diner data to improve segmentation and identify new audiences.Role involves:
  • Creating and managing audiences across marketing channels.
  • Partnering with marketing strategic collaborators.
  • Becoming a power user of MessageGears.
  • Troubleshooting audience, data, and platform-related issues.
  • Partnering with the data engineering team.
  • Developing and optimizing processes surrounding the audience creation workflow.
  • Partnering with the analytics team to maintain channel performance dashboards.
  • Analyzing diner data to uncover trends and behaviors.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Intermediate SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with B2C marketing technology tools.
  • Experience with Snowflake or relational databases.
  • Proactive learner and problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
