(Associate) Consultant Smart Plant Strategy & Transformation (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant to join their Smart Plant Strategy & Transformation team. The role involves working on projects focused on the digitalization of production, from strategy to implementation. The consultant will contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of Smart Plants, expand expertise in holistic Smart Plant implementation, and work in international project teams. They will also be involved in designing and supporting transformation processes using modern project management methods and contributing innovative ideas to consulting approaches.

Role Involves:

• Digitalization of production projects
• Smart Plant design, planning, and implementation
• Expanding expertise in Smart Plant implementation
• Working in international project teams
• Designing and supporting transformation processes

Requirements:

• Experience in digital production (Manufacturing, Process industries, Life Sciences) or consulting
• Excellent degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
• Interest in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
• Knowledge and interest in digital, innovative production strategies
• (Agile) project management skills are a plus
• Basic knowledge of MES/ERP systems, IoT, or industrial Digital Twin is desirable
• Motivation, reliability, and team spirit
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as excellent German and English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
