Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Retail Projects Specialist to support the organization and achievement of targets. This role involves coordinating retail events, analyzing data, managing projects, and collaborating cross-functionally. The successful candidate will identify and optimize operational inefficiencies, visualize processes, and support Lucid's internal working structures.
Role involves:
- Planning and executing Retail Events & Activations
- Managing Retail Internal Fleet
- Translating high-level strategy into clear goals
- Tracking customer satisfaction levels
- Steering and managing regular Sales internal meeting structure
- Analyzing data and drawing insights
- Identifying areas of process weaknesses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in automotive business (retail, sales operations, project management, or consulting)
- Extensive proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Excel, MS Office, Smartsheet, Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to steer and influence cross-functional teams
- Proactive, goal-oriented, hands-on, and a team player
