Helmes is seeking a Team Lead to guide a skilled team on a high-impact project, fostering innovation and improving daily life through efficient processes. The Team Lead will be integral to supporting team growth, ensuring smooth project delivery, and managing client communications.
Role Involves:
- Supporting team growth, well-being, and performance
- Leading smooth project delivery based on budget and client input
- Planning team capacity and allocating technical resources
- Handling team finances: budgeting, billing, and reporting
- Managing communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to sales efforts and proposal preparation
- Improving processes, tools, and best practices
- Collaborating with the Business Unit Lead to grow revenue and attract new clients
Requirements:
- 4+ Years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in the IT industry
- A background in business analysis or fixed-scope project delivery (considered a plus)
- A natural ability to lead, inspire, negotiate, and bring people along
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering on promises
- A can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English
