Capgemini Invent is seeking a motivated and creative Praktikant / Werkstudent to join their HR Marketing & Recruiting team. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process, optimize HR processes, and lead HR projects. The candidate will also plan HR activities such as networking events, employer branding campaigns, and social media content, as well as contribute to the further development of the company's career webpage.
Role Involves:
- Taking responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process.
- Supporting the optimization of existing HR processes and leading HR projects independently.
- Planning HR activities such as networking events and employer branding campaigns.

Requirements:
- First practical experience in HR Marketing / Employer Branding and Recruiting.
- Current student in a business-related field of study, ideally with a focus on human resources management.
- Strong engagement and above-average academic performance.
- Enjoyment of social media marketing and a sense for current trends.
- Structured work style and a passion for driving innovative ideas.
- Organizational talent, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Fluent German and English language skills, and very good MS Office skills.
