Fay is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO in New York City. The Executive Assistant will be a key partner to the CEO, ensuring peak efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a founder in a high-growth startup environment, bringing structure and focus to the CEO's daily operations.
What this role involves:
- Managing and optimizing the CEO's calendar.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Handling travel logistics and administrative tasks.
- Acting as a communication bridge for the CEO.
- Partnering with the Chief of Staff on planning priorities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Experience supporting a startup CEO or senior executive is ideal.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment, high integrity, and a no-task-too-small mindset.
