Fay is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO in New York City. The Executive Assistant will be a key partner to the CEO, ensuring peak efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a founder in a high-growth startup environment, bringing structure and focus to the CEO's daily operations.

What this role involves:

  • Managing and optimizing the CEO's calendar.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Handling travel logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Acting as a communication bridge for the CEO.
  • Partnering with the Chief of Staff on planning priorities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting a startup CEO or senior executive is ideal.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgment, high integrity, and a no-task-too-small mindset.
