Werkstudent Sales Learning & Development (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a working student to support its Sales Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of sales training programs for consultants, plan and prepare training activities, and support the preparation of management presentations and meetings. This role involves independent maintenance and processing in MS SharePoint and taking on small (sub-) projects to improve the sales strategy. The working student will also gain insights into the consultant skillset and Capgemini Invent's methodologies.

Role Involves:
• Supporting the design and development of sales training programs
• Planning and preparing training activities
• Assisting in the preparation of management presentations and meetings
• Maintaining and processing data in MS SharePoint
• Managing small projects to improve sales strategy

Requirements:
• Enrolled in an advanced degree in economics or a related field
• First practical project experience in a strategic context and/or sales
• Enthusiasm for combining strategic conception and implementation work
• High reliability, independence, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint)
• Excellent German and English skills
