Sr. Product Designer II (Remote Eligible)

Job Description

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join their Experience Design team. In this role, the candidate will shape the future of work by creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for Smartsheet's web and mobile applications. The Senior Product Designer will champion human-centered methodologies, ensuring designs meet user needs, from beginners to experts. This position focuses on product growth and experimentation, playing a crucial role in shaping product-led growth by designing high-impact experiences that convert and retain users.Role involves:

• Advocating for user needs through design thinking.
• Optimizing experiences via A/B testing and experimentation.
• Collaborating with research and data teams to inform design decisions.
• Contributing to design quality and defined patterns.
• Explaining and defending design ideas and solutions.
• Working cross-functionally to launch and evolve features.
• Enriching customer experience with Smartsheet.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Ability to deliver complex experiences within SAAS or enterprise environments.
• Leadership qualities and mentoring experience.
• Experience facilitating alignment on goals and requirements.
• Understanding of hierarchy, interaction, typography, color, and layout.
• Desire for continuous learning and evolution.
• Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
