Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Copywriter to join its Brand Marketing team, focusing on Performance Marketing, User Acquisition (UA), and Lifecycle Marketing (LCM). This role requires a hands-on writer with both analytical and creative skills. The Copywriter will craft persuasive messaging and compelling copy that drives engagement and conversion across various digital channels. They will collaborate with the Creative team to develop results-driven copy that connects with new and existing users, bringing the brand values to life.

What this role involves:
  • Writing high-converting, customer-focused copy for paid media, email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling concepts and CTAs.
  • Supporting UA testing initiatives, iterating on messaging based on data insights.
  • Partnering with the LCM team to craft clear, engaging copy for lifecycle campaigns.
  • Maintaining brand voice consistency across all channels.
  • Working within tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
  • Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure messaging aligns with regulations.
  • Staying up to date on UA and LCM best practices and emerging copywriting techniques.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Lifecycle Marketing principles.
  • A results-oriented mindset with experience writing conversion-driven copy.
  • Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to refine messaging and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing short-form, high-impact marketing copy.
