Axon is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join Dedrone by Axon. This role involves deploying and installing advanced Dedrone systems across diverse environments. The Field Services Engineer will be part of a transformative partnership between Axon and Dedrone, providing solutions that redefine airspace security.

Role involves:
- Performing on-site installations of Dedrone by Axon systems.
- Configuring Dedrone by Axon systems according to site-specific requirements.
- Serving as the on-site technical point of contact for customers.
- Conducting routine maintenance and software updates.
- Working closely with internal teams.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on technical fieldwork experience.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
