Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Channel Manager (ICM) to manage and drive business results with select Veeam partners in the Nordics region. The ICM will be responsible for the sustainable growth of partners, including revenue, relationship, investment, and commitment. They will provide advice and assistance to Veeam Pro Partners on licensing, product, sales, and technical requirements, and identify new revenue opportunities.Role involves:
  • Reinforcing sales & technical knowledge of partners
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within partner accounts
  • Developing, negotiating, and tracking joint Action Plans with partners
  • Discovering partner's pipeline and keeping it updated
  • Keeping partners up-to-date on Veeam news and promos
  • Checking compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and driving partner level upgrades
  • Providing support to partners on licensing and technical issues
  • Providing support to qualified prospects and customers
  • Providing forecasting and account opportunity as needed
  • Updating and maintaining partner accounts in Veeam CRM system
Requirements:
  • Proven experience selling software velocity/high volume sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Understanding of channel community, industry, and market
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of virtualization industry
  • Proficiency in MSOffice tools
