Job Description

Spin is seeking an IC1 - IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for its IT infrastructure and applications. The IT Support Engineer will collaborate with IT teams, business users, and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues. The candidate's technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the stability and performance of Spin's IT systems, supporting its business objectives.

The role involves:

  • Managing the JIRA platform for all internal support programs.
  • Configuring JIRA to respond to business needs.
  • Implementing JIRA settings and changes to respond to platform definitions.
  • Assisting in identifying and resolving recurring problems.
  • Maintaining and updating a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Adhering to SLAs for IT support services.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Preparing and analyzing reports on support metrics and trends.
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users.
  • Monitoring IT system performance and health.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Conducting root cause analysis for major incidents.
  • Actively creating an autonomous work culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.
