IC2 - IT Security Analyst – IAM

Spin is seeking an IC2 IT Security Analyst to join their IAM team. This role is based in Mexico. The IT Security Analyst will support the coordination and compliance with information security regulations, conduct security assessments and audits, manage risks effectively, and implement defined rules to guarantee business continuity. He will safeguard the organization's information assets by aligning security practices with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The role involves:

• Assisting in identity management initiatives.
• Maintaining access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Supporting user certification initiatives.
• Overseeing documentation of identity management control points.
• Resolving operational and technological issues.
• Supporting the Privileged Account Management (PAM) process.
• Monitoring Access Management operations.
• Proposing remediation plans for identified risks.
• Leading and coordinating a team of security analysts.
• Developing and implementing training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in identity management.
• Knowledge of user certification logic.
• Security analysis skills.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
