Job Description
Spin is seeking an IT Security Analyst - IAM to join their team. This role is responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with information security regulations, conducting thorough security assessments and audits, managing risks effectively, and implementing defined rules to guarantee business continuity. The IT Security Analyst will lead and coordinate a team of security analysts to enhance the identity and access management processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the operation and initiatives related to identity management across teams.
- Maintain and supervise the provisioning and de-provisioning of access, ensuring compliance with established control points.
- Coordinate user certification initiatives to guarantee legitimate access to various technologies.
- Manage activities to achieve Roadmap objectives and adjust to contingencies or new business priorities.
- Oversee the documentation of identity management control points, operational logs, user matrices, and profile matrices.
- Resolve operational and technological issues related to permission assignments and platform integrations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of identity management controls.
- Propose necessary automations for identity control traceability.
- Control and operate the Privileged Account Management (PAM) process.
- Administer the Password Vault.
- Monitor privileged accounts.
- Coordinate the integration of tools with the password vault.
- Monitor Access Management operations.
- Ensure compliance with PAM policy and Access Management processes.
- Propose remediation plans for identified risks.
- Document and follow up on internal and regulatory indicators.
- Lead and coordinate a team of security analysts, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in IAM.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Actively create an autonomous work culture and collaborate in an agile and lean environment.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the IT support team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in identity management and its various types (standard user, privileged, service).
- Knowledge of user certification logic.
- Security analysis, knowledge of security in equipment, decision-making ability, proposing changes, configurations, and improvements.
- Involvement with IT, Product, Compliance areas for team decision-making, application assurance, process follow-up, and improvement.
- Intermediate to advanced level English proficiency.
