Provider Relationship Manager

Job Description

AppDirect is seeking a Provider Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact between the company and its providers. This role is based in Chicago, United States. The Provider Relationship Manager will focus on responding to provider requests, coordinating with the marketing team, and maintaining relationships with key provider contacts. The ultimate goal is to grow sales through agreed-upon initiatives.Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact between AppDirect and its Providers.
• Understanding and communicating AppDirect’s company objectives and value propositions to Providers.
• Coordinating provider initiatives for sales, marketing, events, or operations.
• Responding quickly to provider requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinating catalog updates.
• Assisting with provider escalations.
• Attending regional AppDirect advisor events and industry events.
• Attending trainings for new products, services, and technology.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of prior business development experience.
• Strong Leadership and Business Development skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota targets.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Stellar interpersonal, communication, and planning skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 20% of the time.
